Who can participate: El Rito residents who have studios in the village between State Highway 554 Mile Marker 7 and 14 are welcome to participate in the El Rito Studio Tour. This includes the Canyon Road. There will be a Mercado this year and applicants living beyond these boundaries may apply to show their artwork there. Applications for the Studio Tour and the Mercado are also available at the El Rito Post Office and the El Rito Library.

How to help: We will be having a mandatory meeting for all Studio Tour participants on Sunday, June 2nd at 11:00 am at the El Rito Library to discuss the duties and responsibilities of participation artists. Please join us! It is important for all participating artists to help with the organization and jobs required to host a successful tour. All artists must help distribute brochures, as well as help with donation mailing and thank-you notes, or help to deliver/pick up studio signs and directional signs before, during, and after the tour. We also require help with advertising, processing applications, bookkeeping, and other miscellaneous jobs.
Fees and Deadline: Fees for participating artists are $75 per name on the brochure. This fee includes a one year membership with the ERAA and helps support arts programming through the year. The final deadline for all listings on the map/brochure is June 1st. Anyone wishing to participate after June 1st will be welcome and listed on the website, but not on the printed brochure. Fee remains the same.
